What sets Qivo apart. The marketing summary
Qivo combines task tracking with weekly planning for people and AI agents. Its main features are:
- Delay forecasts. Remaining work and the owner's available capacity determine whether a task is likely to miss its plan or due week (Delay projections).
- Live workload. Scheduling a task updates its owner's weekly load (The Team strip).
- Parent schedules. Scheduled parents expand to cover their scheduled subtasks, including date changes through the API (Scheduling by hand).
- Permanent task IDs. Moving a task keeps its number and links (Permanent task IDs).
- Private workload. For organization admins and standard users, hidden projects contribute anonymous load without revealing their tasks (The Team strip).
- Assistants and agents. MCP acts with a person's or agent's permissions within one organization. REST uses named agent accounts. Task changes record the actor and connection type (Automation and AI).
- Weekly calendars. The organization sets its first workday and week-numbering rule (Calendar weeks).
- Grouped task cards. The Board keeps subtasks with their parent within each column and lane. Stale tasks fade and paused tasks show a mark (The Board).
- Task history. Comments and changes share an activity feed, including description-edit excerpts and attribution for comment edits (Your inbox).
- Project guests. Share specific projects with external collaborators. Shared projects appear beside their other work. An active home membership exempts a guest from your user charge (Guest billing).
